About Me
Hello! My name is Shawn and my life has "gone to the dogs."
As a dog groomer for several years in a busy, high-end salon, I decided to begin grooming in a more quiet, less-stressful environment. I will work with your dog one-on-one for a specialized, spa-like grooming experience. I have been working with dogs and dog behavior for decades, allowing me to recognize stress signs of our furry friends. I prefer gentle handling methods to reduce stress, often making the grooming process more comfortable.

For the past several years, I worked as a bather, and then groomer/stylist. I specialize in more calm, enjoyable grooming and grooms with an artistic appeal.
2004 - current
Animal Behavior
I started competing with dogs in 2004, including obedience, confirmation, agility, rally, flyball, dock diving, disc, pet therapy, and more. I am an AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator and instructor for behavior classes at a local dog training facility.
